INTRODUCCION

El presente es un trabajo que pretende hacer una recopilación de aquellos delitos que se consideran “ESPECIALES”, debido a su conformación y a las legislaciones que los contemplan, así como a los sujetos que en ellos intervienen que, debido a las actividades que realizan se encuentran sujetos a normas especiales que son detalladas conprecisión buscando con esto regular todas y cada una de las conductas de la sociedad independientemente del ámbito en que se desarrolle.

CLASIFICACION DE LOS DELITOS

POR LA CULPABILIDAD
  A) Doloso.- Si el agente activo tuvo la intención de causar el delito.
  B) Culposo.- El agente activo no tenía la intención de realizar el delito pero el resultado si lo fue.
  C) Preterintencional.- Elresultado va mas allá de la intención que buscaba el autor del delito   (en Jalisco no existe esta clasificación).
  D) Culpa grave.- Cuando se cometa un delito de transito Características: Homicidio o lesiones, Tránsito de vehículos, Exceso de velocidad de más de 30 km del límite permitido, Que se cometa en escuelas, hospitales iglesias, etc pero que existan señalamientos, Conducir bajo losinflujos de cualquier sustancia psicotrópica o alcohol, Cuando se cometa con vehículos con más de doce plazas o más de cuatro toneladas, Cuando se conduzca un vehículo en sentido contrario o invada las zonas peatonales, Cuando el inculpado ha cometido otros delitos culposos con motivo de transito(sentencia definitiva, que la sentencia haya causado estado).
