CODE OF ETHIC
FOR TEACHERS

INTRODUCTION
This code of ethic is focus for teachers; because teachers must place upon self-respect and self-discipline as the principle of personal behavior in all relationships with others. You can find here different division according to the responsibilities of teacher with the others.
Teachers possess dignity and reputation with high moral values as well astechnical and professional competence in the practice of their noble profession, and they strictly adhere to, observe, and practice this set of ethical and moral principles, standards, and values.
This Code covers all public and private school teachers in all educational institutions at the preschool, primary, elementary, and secondary levels whether academic, vocational, special, technical,whether on full time or part-time basis.

OBJECTIVES
This code ismaking to use as guide in the work of all teachers.

General objective:
1. Teachers at all time have the duty to be honest with integrity, diligence, fairness, honesty and good faith. They must create conditions conducive for students to have an appropriate education.

Specific objectives:

1. Teachers must act with the same principles of equal treatment, opportunity and values​​within or outside the classroom to all their students.
2. Promote by example the rightness of their actions.
3. Teachers must refrain from actions contrary to regulations or the good practices of education. Teachers must not allow the wrongful acts of others. They need to report wrong actions known to the authorities, preferably if they have evidence.

PART I.
Use appropriately of clothes toteachers.

1. Teacher must dress formal clothes. It is not allowed provocatively or informal clothes.

2. The use of shorts, short pants, short dresses are not allowed.

3. Teachers cannot expose their bust, breast by their type of clothes.

4. Teachers should not show tattoos over visible parts of their bodies.

5. Teachers must not use clothes to incite to theirstudents.

PART II.
Teacher’s responsibilities to the students.
1. Teacher must act and must be seen to act with justice.
2. The teacher must not intentionally expose the students to embarrassment or disparagement.
3. Teacher must recognize that each student is an individual and that students can differ in what is required for the promotion of their education.
4. Teachers should giveforemost consideration to the students well being.
5. Teacher must make reasonable effort to protect the pupil from conditions harmful to learning or to health and safety.
6. Teacher guide their professional effort to assist the students to develop their personality including their ability to work.
7. Teacher should foster in their students honesty, integrity, and consideration forothers.
8. The teacher must not use professional relationships with students for private advantage.
9. Teacher must recognize that they should work with parents to promote the welfare of students, particularly by consulting and involving parents, whenever this is desirable.
10. The teacher must not disclose information about students obtained in the course of professional service unlesssuch disclosure serves a compelling professional purpose or is required by law.

PART III.
