Colagenopatias

colColagernopatias y psoriasis.

Autores: La asociación de diferentes colagenopatias con psoriasis la hemos visto con cierta frecuencia en nuestra estadística.
Presentamos cuatro pacientes con una colagenopatia (lupus, dermatomiositis y esclerodermia) y psoriasis.
Es importante recordar que tanto las colagenopatias como la psoriasis son enfermedades autoinmunes con genesis multifactorialen las cuales se combinan fenómenos genéticos, inmunológicos e ambientales con algunos lazos en común.
El interés de esta comunicación radica en que la superposición de estas enfermedades puede en algunos casos dificultar el diagnostico, agravar el pronostico o complicar su tratamiento.
