Communism In Cuba

Cuba has been a communist country since the reign of Fidel Castro in 1962. Fidel Castro was one of many people of Cuba that had a communist ideology and eagerness to rule the nation that way. Batistawas in power during the 1960, and since there were many political parties since the 1920’s, the country had a major preference for communist parties. The people of Cuba supported Fidel Castro becausethey wanted a change in their country and were heavily persuaded by the communist’s parties. Fidel Castro was tired of the social inequality and how the country was being ruled. After 40 years ofFidel Castro’s dictatorship, we see that Cuba have benefited from its form of government and how they rule their country. They have exploited their population and in a way made the people hate thegovernment and want to get out of it due to the unfairness some of them face daily. The only military intervention that the United States has put over Cuba was in 1962 in the Cuban missile crisis in whichthe soviets armed nuclear missiles in the country. The United States decided to surround the island and then attack the country. After this both soviets and Americans decided to step back from theisland.
During Fidel Castro’s regime, Cuba has accomplished many goals that the Communist Manifesto from Karl Marx and Engels. What the manifesto struggled was that the working class would rule acountry and would have more importance to society. They wanted to end with social classes so that the bourgeoisie would not control the working class and have private companies in which they benefitted fromthem without having a balanced social class. The great social class equality is the same as Marx of Engels would want to see it. There is a lot of equality going on in the country, but the problemcomes when governing the nation begins. The problem with communism as a form of government is that it was never meant to be a form of government, people saw that it was beneficial most of the time,...
