At the request of the Account Holder, and after completing its due diligence procedures, the Bank hereby agrees to open and, s ubject to the fo llowing terms and conditions, to maintain, a Current Account in the name of the Account Holder, designated in US $ : CurrentAccount no:

Customer ID: Note: This is your customer identification number that is to be used with all Internet Bank transactions! It will be sent to you with your current account number once we have processed your contract. The Account Holder requests the Bank to issue to cardholders listed in this contract and its integral enclosures, such Bankcards as are detailed therein. For its part, theBank undertakes as follows: 1. To handle, r ecord and hold the Account Holder’s funds, and subject to available balance, to fulfill payment orders which are cor rectly p repared and submitted with authorization t hrough use of the electronic iden tification dev ice provided b y the Bank, (Digipass). The Account Holder may obtain information of credits and deb its enter ed on the Current Accoun ttogeth er with the closing balance thereof through the Internet Bank. 2. The standard validity of the ban kcard is three years from the data of issue. Unless the cardholder gives notice in writing requesting can cellation of the c ard at least sixty (60) days before expiry, the Bank will provide the Account Holder with a new bank card having the same parameters and facilities but with a new expir ydate. Lost, d amaged or stolen cards are replaced b y the Bank irrespective of the ir exp iry date.

Nota: Este es su número de Identificación de cliente que se va a utilizar con las transacciones de Banca por Internet! Le remitiremos este número adjunto al Número de Cuenta Corriente una vez procesado su contrato. El Titular de la Cuenta solicita al Banco la expedición para los titulares de tarjetas listados en este contracto y en los anexos integ rantes ta les tarj etas banc arias conform e detalladas en los mismos. Por su parte el Banco se obliga a lo siguiente: 1. Manejar, adm inistrar y guardar los fondos del Titular de Cuenta y, de acuerdo con la cantidad disponible en la cu enta del mismo, cumplir órdenes de p ago que estén prep aradas y entregues correctamente co n una autorización po r medio del d ispositivo dig ital de identificación proporcionado por el Banco (Digipass). El Titular de la Cuenta podrá informarse sobre cantidades cargadas y abonadas a la cu enta y sobre el saldo de cierr e de la cuenta vía Banca Internet. 2. En caso normal las tarjetas serán válidas por un período de tres años a...
