CONCLUDING A PRESENTATION – YULY ROBAYO

PRESENTATION 1: In my opinion, the conclusions of the first presentation are good because they are directly related to theoverall content, are clear and get to the point; also the presenter specifies the beginning and the end of that part when she uses the expression “In conclusion…”. She keeps in mindand carries out the asking question part when she says “do you have any questions?” and then “any other question?”.

PRESENTATION 2: Even though there are fluency and a good development of the second presentation I think the conclusion is bad because the presenters don’t specifythe beginning and the end of each part of the presentation. It isn’t possible to extract phrases to identify conclusions, neither during the speech nor on the titles of theslides. They don’t give options or time for questions from the audience.

PRESENTATION 3: Although the third presenteruses a good introductory sentence to its conclusion “ladies and gentleman this is the conclusion…”) I consider the content of such conclusion is really bad because he doesn’tconclude the matter, contrary to expectations, he says that he wants to teach and to share their experiences, but he really don’t summarize any point. I really don’t understandthe reason why he used the phrase: “Using this opportunity and using my own words now to advice you that whatever you agree try to be focused…” during the conclusion, heneither read nor explains the large content of the slide. The presenter doesn’t give time for questions from the auditorium.
