Dear Mr Baugh
I am writing to ask you to consider the question of my salary.
I have been working at Weebles for three years now in the position of accountant and as yet have notreceived a salary increase. However, my responsibilities within the firm have increased and I now find I am working longer hours to get tasks finished.
Furthermore, with the arrival of my babydaughter, Mary, this summer my domestic expenditure has gone up and it is becoming increasingly difficult to make ends meet.
I find the work at Weebles stimulating and rewarding and enjoy thecompany of my colleagues. However; an adequate economic situation is essential to the well-being of a family and therefore I should like to discuss this issue with you at the earliest opportunity.Yours sincerely
