PROPIEDAD Y MOTIVACIÓN
Como bien dice Saratxaga: “… lo que hace diferente a una organización de éxito son los conocimientos que tienen laspersonas y como los utilizan al servicio del proyecto en común…”.
Es aquí donde las cooperativas que son sociedades de estructura y gestión democráticas que imputan los resultados económicos a los socios, y además los socios son los propios trabajadores; ponen inca pié sobre el compromiso y la motivación de estos, y fomenta la capacidad y el interés de los trabajadores para participar e innovar.El hecho de que la propiedad de la cooperativa sea de los trabajadores, los motiva para hacer su trabajo con más ganas y en consecuencia, lo mejor posible.
Dentro del concepto de motivación, podemos distinguir tres tipos de motivación:
