The new fusion of InterClean and EnviroTech has designed one of workshops of training and advice to help new employees in sales team. Which alignment programs and advice,training and consultancy needs have been identified. The objectives of the workshops involve measuring performance standards, methods of delivery, information products, safety issues and handling ofproducts, human resources, time management, methods of evaluation, feedback and developing alternate strategies.
Training and orientation to new staff of InterClean sales require that all salesemployees attend a development orientation to familiarize themselves with the company and its products. According to Cascio (2005), there are major areas that must be covered in the workshop of guidanceincluding standards, policies and procedures of the company, expectations, benefits and incentives, social behavior as proper conduct in relation to employment laws and the technical aspects of the workincluding the handling of high-risk products.
The new sales team is composed of three representatives of EnviroTech and one of InterClean. EnviroTech sales representatives are oriented andemphasized service to the client with the purpose of building and maintaining a relationship customer-company that ensures a maximum satisfaction from its inception until the end of the sale process.Training as sales strategies will help align and focus to sales representatives to the new vision and corporate culture at InterClean.
InterClean sales representative must be an aggressivego-getter type who closes and tries, but sees no value in the creation of long-term relationships. The training and development of skills in service the customer will benefit sales rep in alignment with...
