INTRODUCCION
Los contratos son acuerdos de voluntades que pueden manifestarse de forma verbal o escrita, de los cuales emanan ó transfieren derechos y obligaciones según la materia que se traten. Intervienen dos o mas partes las cuales son las únicas que se someten a todas y cada una de las clausulas que aceptaron ya sea expresamente o tácitamente, expresamente quieredecir que de manera verbal y por medio de su firma expreso un elemento esencial “el Consentimiento”; tácitamente se refiere a los actos que llevo a cabo para la celebración del mismo como la entrega del objeto del contrato o podía decirse que simplemente coopero para la celebración del mismo y en ningún momento se opuso.
