BEGINING OF THE PLAY
Usurer Jew is offended and attacked by the town because of his bad deeds.

First scene
Bassanio asks Antonio for money to get to where his lady Portia is, but Antonio doesn’t have money and tells bassanio to go with the Jew shylock to get the money.
Bassanio le pide Antonio dinero parallegar a donde su amada Portia esta, pero Antonio no tiene dinero y le dice a Bassanio que vallan con Shylock el Judio para conseguir el dinero
Second scene
Bassanio and shylock come to shylock to ask him for the money, but shylock tells them that he wants his money back on time otherwise Antonio will have to pay with a pound of his flesh.
Bassanio y Antonio llegan con Shylock para pedirle eldinero, pero Shylock les dice que él quiere su dinero de vuelta a tiempo de otra manera Antonio tendrá que pagar con una libra de su carne.
Third scene
Portia standing by the window confesses nerissa her unhappiness of knowing that her father said that she had to give her heart to the man who finds her picture in one of the caskets. Then 3 princes from different places come to find her picture, twoof them doesn’t have too much luck so they choose the wrong ones, but Bassanio is the lucky man who finds Portia’s picture in the plumb casket then marries Portia who gives him a ring which is a proof of their love, whether he loses it, their love ends.
Portia de pie junto a la ventana a nerissa le confiesa su tristeza de saber que su padre le dijo que tenía que entregar su corazón al hombreque encuentra su imagen en uno de los cofres. A continuación, tres príncipes de diferentes lugares vienen a buscar a su imagen, dos de ellos no tiene demasiada suerte así que eligen los equivocados, pero Bassanio es el afortunado que encuentra la imagen de Portia en el cofre de plomo; luego se casa con Portia, que le da un anillo, que es una prueba de su amor, si lo pierde, su amor termina.Fourth scene
Jessica shylock’s daughter runs away from her house meanwhile shylock goes out for a moment for business, but when he comes back Jessica has gone with some money and jewels of her father.
Jessica hija de Shylock se escapa de su casa mientras tanto Shylock sale por un momento para los negocios, pero cuando vuelve Jessica se ha ido con un poco de dinero y las joyas de su padre

Fifthscene
Antonio received bad news and he’s told that all his ships have lost at sea and he sends bassanio a letter to make him know what happened. Bassano get the message and tells Portia that he has to return to Venice to help Antonio before shylock takes a pound of Antonio’s flesh.
Antonio recibe una mala noticia y le dice que todos sus barcos se han perdido en el mar y le envía a Bassanio unacarta para hacerle saber lo que pasó. Bassano recibe el mensaje y le dice a Portia que tiene que regresar a Venecia para ayudar a Antonio antes de Shylock tome una libra de carne del propio Antonio.

Sixth scene
Shylock knows that Antonio has lost all his money and he reminds antonio that the time’s up and now he has pay him back or on the contrary Antonio has to pay with a pound of his flesh.Antonio ask him for a little time, but shylock refuses to accept. Bassanio comes to Antonio and he tells him that he will help him because he has the money which was lent by shylock, but Antonio tells Bassano that shylock doesn’t want the money and they have to meet him at the judgment.
Shylock sabe que Antonio ha perdido todo su dinero y le recuerda que el tiempo se acabo y ahora tiene que pagarleya o por el contrario, Antonio tiene que pagar con una libra de su carne. Antonio le pide un poco de tiempo, pero Shylock se niega a aceptar. Bassanio llega con Antonio y le dice que va a ayudarlo, porque él tiene el dinero que fue prestado por el usurero, pero Antonio le dice a Bassano que Shylock no quiere el dinero y tienen que reunirse con él en el juicio.
