Participant’s Consent
Title: ______________________________________________________ Aim: this research is undertaken by a current postgraduate student in International Business at the Universityof _________________. The aim of this study is to analyse various conflict management issues that a manager has to face in multicultural environments. The population targeted and analysed areemployees of companies or business establishments having multi-cultural environments in London, United Kingdom. The consent form have to be signed by the investigator involve in the study after havingexplained it and discussed any doubts to the participant. I agree to participate in the following questionnaire survey conducted by___________________ MBA International Business Student under thesupervision of Professor _____________________. I have made this decision based on the information I have received and have had the opportunity to receive any additional details I wanted about the study. Asa participant in this study, I realize that I will be asked to take part in a questionnaire survey and that I may decline answering any of the questions, if I so choose. All information which Iprovide will be held in confidence and I will not be identified in the dissertation, report or publication. I acknowledge that this project has been reviewed by and received ethics clearance through TheUniversity of ___________________and that I may contact them if I have any comments or concerns about my participation in this study.
