What is divorce?

Theoretically divorce is the act that dissolves the marriage leaving spouses (husband and wife) Free to getting a new one. In short it isthe breaking of a couple which is fixedly legal, ie married.

Sounds simple and gives the appearance that it is, more is not a simple process and much lessrapid. It has various causes and effects on both parents and the child. It's not a decision taken in overnight, as there are always ways to save a marriage:  psychotherapy
reconciliation
Couples Therapy
family counseling
Among others.

These are some of the many options that you should consider before takingthat difficult step. In most cases the spouses are not the only ones involved, there are also children who are the most important to take into account when thedecision is taken.

Divorce is regarded as one of the following three:

Required: It takes place when the subject is one of the grounds specified by law,such as infidelity or domestic violence. (See causes of divorce)

Volunteer or mutual consent: When there is an agreement between spouses to divorce andthere are children involved.

  Administrative: It's like this, the difference lies in that is transmitted to the Office of Vital Records, and they need to beadults, no children or are older.

In the divorce process there are three stages that will influence the children:
1. Precursor before divorce full of familyconflict.
2. The divorce crisis itself has been How? Brutal or civilized??
3. The stage immediately post divorce How family has been financially?, Etc.
