Productivity Assistant (PA)
Specific Responsibilities Include:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with members, gaining their trust and respect, exceeding their expectations.
• Understanding and documenting individual member service requirements in the form of a detailed manual, using available templates.
• Diffusingtension, asking diplomatic questions to trouble shoot issues.
• Acting with members in mind at all times and respectfully advocating for them within Prialto.
• Immediately elevating issues that require management attention i.e. mistakes, or other reasons a member may not be satisfied with, or information that would be important for retaining or upgrading a member.
• Providing backupsupport for teammates and their members when they are out of the office.

Actively Developing Vertical Knowledge and Other Skills
• Continuously learning new industry and company priorities, vocabulary and vertical knowledge and using it for improvements in products and services.
• Taking internal and external training courses, business and technical, as necessary.
• Identifyingrepetitive issues and learning to solve them independently and documenting the resolution or process for teammates.

Project and Time Management
• Using tools to manage you and your members’ calendars, emails and task lists.
• Actively prioritizing tasks, immediately asking for help if tasks cannot be completed on time, or if you do not have the required expertise.
• Completingprojects as requested by members such as data entry, transcription, report creation, sales calls, database management, fielding customer calls.
• Acknowledging requests from others, providing status updates hourly, daily or weekly.

Research and Investigation
• Clearly understanding the scope of a research request, clarifying priorities if necessary.
• Creatively searching for ananswer, focusing on the most important priorities.
• Asking yourself questions to uncover more information before going back to a member.
• Explaining your method of research, or anything else the member needs to interpret your results.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Command of English (spoken, written, reading).
• Writes and speaksclearly, succinctly and confidently.
• Actively listens to learn and understand, can repeat questions and requests exactly as stated by customer.
• Communicates in a manner that builds rapport and earns respect both externally and internally.
• Diffuses tension and rectifies errors created by self or others.

• Prioritizes and multi-tasks, uses resources effectively and efficiently.
• Arranges information in an organized and useful manner.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, Internet research, basic investigation capabilities.
• Willing to admit to not knowing something, has confidence to ask questions.
• Knowledge ofother applications useful in members’ vertical.
• Process/systems orientated.

• Basic business vocabulary.
• Understands our company’s products/services.
• Is able to identify up-sell opportunities.
• Is able to identify potential services our company can market.
