Introduction
This work is about kitchen items and kitchen verbs. The group of writers will compare four procedures to prepare a recipe that includes all the kitchen items and verbs studied in the course. In case one recipe does not include them, more recipes will be described. The idea of this work is to prepare the recipe compared and to prepare it in an original way. The recipes of this groupare: “Receta de Guacamole”, “Nachos de carne y pollo al estilo del restaurante Friday's” and “Pico de Gallo”.
This research will be prepared in two forms, written and oral. The written part will include the three or four recipes compared and the one we decided to cook in the laboratory of aliments and beverages. All the equipment studied in the course, as well as, the kitchen verbs learned,will be included and illustrated one by one (in the appendix).
In addition, the steps of the recipe and their ingredients and amounts, will be explained in a chart, by using short, clear and correct sentences, including all the technical vocabulary needed.
Finally the paper will include a complete bibliography with the names of four sources of investigation.
For the oral work the writers willexplain orally and the final recipe in the laboratory. Including all the equipment and kitchen verbs presented in the written paper, and in the correct sequence. All the students must wear their complete uniform and must know their recipes by heart without reading. Finally the class and the teacher will try small quantities of their recipes prepared.

For the “Pico de gallo”: * Chop the tomatoes and red peppers, onions and cilantro and mix withlemon juice, ketchup and a dash of salt. * To strain the lemons in the colander. * Then add the “pico de gallo” over the “nachos”.
