Abortion in the 21st century

Abortion is one of the most controversial issues in American culture and politics today. Abortion can be by natural process orintentionally. Abortion is induced termination of pregnancy, involving expulsion and destruction of the embryo or fetus before it is capable of survival. Also abortion can be procedure that results in such termination. People have different point of view about this issue. We have pro life and pro-choice, which is different point of view of group of people with different opinions whether is negative orpositive. The importances of this issue are the consequences and moral effects that it can cause. Referring to the negative consequences means, that the fetus can cause the mother’s death by the process in which this method is used. In some cases this doesn’t happen but, what about the moral aspect? The answer in that is the single most important issue.

According to Justin Grove “Not, as manypeople want to let us know is their own way, the reason is voting for a candidate that support abortion is extremely wrong, but because doing so does not respect the Catholic moral principle of double effect.” (Grove, “The importance of the abortion”) Justin Grove is correct; abortion is not the right way to escape, depends of the type of problem the mother is going through. Abortion is a sin andit should not be forgive neither in life or heaven. A sin in religion is an offense against God or breaking the rules and an act that violates known moral rule. Abortion is wrong because the mother is killing an innocent human life. Human life starts with a union of the sperm and egg, because fertilization creates a unique individual with a complete genetic code. Furthermore, all fetus childrenare completely humans and should have their fundamental right to life protected.” Carolyn C. Gargaro
The Abortion problems and confrontations were with the case of Roe v. Wade in the 1973 in the state of Texas. The history begun when a single woman name Roe wanted to sue the state of Texas so abortion could be legalize because she was raped. She wanted to do this for the good of every woman notjust in the United States but around the world. The case was brought to the Supreme Court and the laws of the United States changed drastically. Abortion should be, in one way, legalized just for those women that were raped or to save the mother’s life. To add, only a professional doctor should practice this method.

Some states and countries are making strict rules respect to this particulartopic. Some pro lifers say that abortion should be practice only to save the mother’s life. In Europe the Case of A, B, C v. Ireland promised to be of more than a routine interest. This law was brought by three women. They based this law by using the excuse that they should respect human’s rights and everyone has the right to decide whether they want to do something negative or positive with theirlife. The mentioned that many women just like plaintiff A and B have to leave the country to obtain abortion. The advocated want the governments to legalized abortion for those women that can’t bring a child to this world because they can’t take care of it or they don’t feel like having the baby. The anti abortion campaign Anti-abortion campaigners said the figures were an indictment of theGovernment’s teenage pregnancy strategy. If this law is pass in Europe, for those women that fly to another country to obtain abortion is going to be way easier to get pregnant once again and abort the fetus. Also those that wish to abort a baby that may become deform are going to suffer because they are going to bring a child to life to suffer just like the mother. On the other hand, if abortion is...
