Electric lighting
The first electric light was made in Europe, in 1800 by Humphrey Davy, an English scientist. He experimented with electricity and invented an electric battery. When he connectedwires to his battery and a piece of carbon, the carbon glowed, producing light.
In 1860, Sir Joseph Wilson Swan was determined to devise a practical, long-lasting electric light. He found that acarbon paper filament worked well, but burned up quickly. In 1878, he demonstrated his new electric lamps in Newcastle, England.
In 1879, the inventor Thomas Alva Edison experimented with thousands ofdifferent filaments to find just the right materials to glow well and be long-lasting.
* Have created many things that have been derived from the electric light, as are a card for a computer, adifferent type of a bulb, which have helped in different fields, such as the kitchen area of science and technology and have made different contributions that helped improve and ease the life of thehumans.
* This invention was developed easily in key countries such as USA, France, Spain, China, for the most part was able to develop more easily in Europe.
EPA→ Environmental ProtectionAgency’s← has made useful technical changes from its original proposal. Nevertheless, we believe the administration is underestimating the complexity of implementing this rule in such a short period oftime, which can create reliability challenges and even higher costs to customers. The administration is not using all the available authorities in the Clean Air Act to coordinate implementation, toensure electric reliability and to avoid excessive costs.
Electric light has been used over time, improving with each passing day with new ways to save her, what has made the most of the world thatuse and advantage, is used in most of the world, very few places where not used.
