Fast food:
I´m going to talk about fast food, fast food is a type of food that is prepared to the served at the moment and to be eaten quickly and everywhere.
Although in the ancient Rome theyalready had stalls where they sold bread and wine, but in the Middle East people hadn´t known fast food, until 1912 when is opened the first automat local, in New York, with a counter where the food wasshowed and with a hole in it to pay the food. In areas close to the Ocean fast food frequently included sea food, such a oysters eels…etc. in fact the British form of fast food is the popularsandwich, which now is considered the basic meal restaurants. Then in 1940s in the Unites States came the first drive through. In 1990s it began to appear people who were against fast food, because theythought that it had to specify the ingredients, due to this fact most of the restaurants start to put it.
The most characteristic feature in fast food restaurants is that there is no waiter, justpersonnel who collect the tables and takes the remains away. But there are also garbage cans that invite the people to collect the trash. This food is very famous because it likes a lot of persons. This tasteand freshness, that the food has is because the ingredients of the food are change to preserve it. Do you think that the ingredients of fast food are too changed?
Nowadays in some countries it’sbecoming a habit, and if we don´t control it can cause bad consequences like overweight or high cholesterol. It must be controlled, above all in child because it doesn´t contain the vitamins that we needfor our skin and muscles. Today many people, children and adults, are overweight; this is not only due to fast food but large part is. This influences not only in children but also in adults, whonormally are the reason, of why children are becoming overweight.
