La práctica docente trasciende la concepción técnica de quien sólo se ocupa de aplicar técnicas de enseñanza en el salón.
La función del maestro es mediar el encuentro entre el proyecto educativo y el alumno, si bien la práctica docente nos sirve para experimentar en el campolaboral, como su nombre lo indica “práctica” que alude a un proceso de interacción en el que podemos aprender, en nuestro caso como maestros.
Por otro lado la ética juega un rol muy importante dentro del ámbito de la práctica docente, ya que es la que nivelará, la capacidad moral de cada maestro para desempeñar sus actividades como docente, si bien un maestro debe tener la aptitud para enseñar, de...
