Good Food
Food is necessary for all living beings, both in animals and in human beings, and that is why we have a balanced addition of nutrients to our body, which is often referred to as GoodFood, compliance remain essential for the development of life and the various daily activities.
In the general concepts that probably many of you have read, find that foods provide a varied amount ofprotein, vitamins and minerals, and other nutritional intake consisting of Lipids and Carbohydrates, so we can consider that Good Nutrition is the foundation a healthy and active life.
To achieve GoodFood must consider various factors when planning a specific diet, taking the following pillars:
Amount of Food: Not always a specific amount is linked to good nutrition, and we must think about whatcontributions made to our body, considering for example that the greatest amount of energy that contributes to intense physical activity is given in the Hydrated Carbon and lower intake of fats.Amount of Nutrients that must be ingested daily function vary according to Sex, Age, body size, the type of physical activity performed daily, or other factors
Food Quality: We organize our diet towardsachieving the proper functioning of our entire body, looking to eat a variety of nutrients including minerals, vitamins, fats and proteins
Proportionality Food: Also considered a Harmonic Power, is toplan a diet in which food has a specific ratio between them
La Alimentación es necesaria en todos los seres vivos, tanto en los animales como en los Seres Humanos, y es por ello que debemos teneruna equilibrada incorporación de nutrientes a nuestro organismo, lo que muchas veces es referenciado como Buena Alimentación, siendo fundamental su cumplimiento para el desarrollo de la vida y de lasdistintas actividades cotidianas.
