It is understood that the media channels are an information tool, but sometimes are aweapon, indispensable to govern, to influence, to persuade, to control and to turn. It has always been of this form, the totalitarian, authoritarian governments, the dictatorships of long ago and the effective ones, know of the importance of these, they regulate them to its way and they prevail of the freedom of information to its citizens.
