Grammy Award
We went into this year’s Grammy with a lot of expectations that our favorite singer would win. This year the Grammy’s surprise uswith the stunning clothes that the artist put on the red carpet like Katy Perry with her hot dress that made the boys stay with open mouth orthe lovely Beyoncé with her spectacular red dress. But the clothes were the least important.
The presentation that the singers gave werespectacular they began with Taylor Swift’s performance opening the Grammy’s singing her brand new song from her new album “Red” that was nominatedfor best album. Then it was the performance of the lovely Ed Sheeran with the legend Elton John and then Bruno Mars gave a tribute to Bob Marleywith other musicians.
A lot of tension was running into the Grammy’s room because everyone wanted to win every nomination they got. As alwaysthe Grammy’s were successful, of course there were musician that got mad but they were very honored to be nominated.
The first category wasRecord of the Year who won “Somebody that I Used to Know” by Gotye
Second category was Album of the Year who won “Babel” by Mumford & Sons
Thirdcategory was Song of the Year who won “We Are Young” by FUN.
Fourth category was Best New Artist who won FUN.
And the fifth category was BestPop Solo Performance who won “Set Fire to the Rain” by Adele.
These were the five important categories in this Grammy’s. Hope everyone liked it.
