Gramática Inglés presente continuo
Uso de gramática inglés PRESENTE CONTINUO: Para describir acciones que están ocurriendo en el momento o en el futuro.
Ejemplos:
"That man is following us, isn'the?"
"Yes, he is."

AFIRMATIVO
Forma: SUJETO + BE + VERBO+ing + RESTO
I am waiting for Sam.
You are eating my food.
He/She/It is sleeping now.
We/You/They are going tomorrow.

SPELLINGCHANGES (Cambios ortográficos con gramática inglés PRESENTE CONTINUO)
La ortografía de algunos verbos cambia cuando se añade "ing". En la mayoría de los verbos que terminan en constante-vocal-constante,debemos duplicar la última letra: stop, stopping
En los verbos que terminan en "e", quitamos la "e" antes de añadir "ing":
have, having give, giving live, living

NEGATIVO
Forma: SUJETO + BE + NOT+ VERBO + ing + RESTO
I am not driving.
Youare not listening.
He/She/Itis not working.
We/You/Theyare not studying.

POSITIVE CONTRACTIONS
I'm going.
You're going.
He's/She's/It's going.We're/You're/They're going.

NEGATIVE CONTRACTIONS
I'm not dancing.
You're not dancing. You aren't dancing.
He's/She's/It's not dancing. He/She/It isn't dancing.
We're/You're/They're not dancing.We/You/They aren't dancing.

YES/NO QUESTIONS
Uso: Para hacer preguntas que necesitan una respuesta positiva o negativa. El sujeto y la forma del verbo "BE" cambian de lugar.
Afirmativa: Heis sleeping.
Yes/No Question: Is he sleeping?
Afirmativa: They are dancing now.
Yes/No Question: Are they dancing now?

POSITIVE SHORT ANSWERS
Uso: Para dar una respuesta positiva a una pregunta sí/no(nunca se usa con contracciones).
Forma: YES + SUJETO + BE
Yes, I am.
Yes, you are.
Yes, he/she/it is.
Yes, we/you/they are.

NEGATIVE SHORT ANSWERS
Uso: Para dar una respuesta negativa a unapregunta sí/no (a menudo usada con contracciones).
Forma: NO + SUJETO + BE + N'T
No, I'm not.
No, you're not. No, you aren't.
No, he's not. No, he isn't.
No, it's not. No, it isn't.
