Cochez y Cia, SA Founded in 1963 by Don Raul Cochez with the premise and the firm belief of always doing the right things to grow into the leading trade of building materials, hardware and finishesof the country. 

This dream started with 20 partners in a store located on Balboa Avenue, this being the heart of the business until today. 
Due to the success of its operations for the years 1972and 1986 gives opening to the second and the third branch, located in Spain and Pedregal Via, Via Tocumen, respectively. 

In 1998 he opened the fourth branch located in Panama in Vista Alegre,Arraiján. Thereafter, the years are critical to the company's development period in which stores were founded Villa Lucre, David - Chiriqui and El Dorado. 

That same year, 2004, is built redistributioncenter of the company, from which channels the supply of all stores nationwide, big business and other material deliveries. 

To continue the growth phase and Cochez coverage in Panama, in 2005opened a store on the outskirts of Columbus, a business center and free trade in the country.
