Breve descripción del caso.Denuncia por fraude y falsificación en su contra y de que se autorizara en el Congreso Estatal un crédito por 33 mil 867 millones de pesos para restaurar la deuda pública del Gobierno del Estado, Javier Villarreal Hernández, titular del Servicio de Administración Tributaria del Estado de Coahuila fue removido de su cargo y se encuentra huido.
