IMPORTANCE OF COMMUNICATION AT WORK
Everyone has the need to communicate through different media with their environment either in daily life or work. Usually everyorganization should work together, so it is very important to maintain constant communication.
Communication is the act that allows transmit ideas, messages, knowledge, thoughts,information, feelings and attitudes by different means, this communication occurs between one or more transmitters and receivers.
It is very important that people know work inan effective way to communicate since the ideas or messages should be transmitted in a way that can be understood by the person receiving the message as a misinterpretation ofthe message may cause serious problems for the organization, Problems such as do bad a job, or how to send something to a wrong place, it even miscommunication can causeserious accidents.
Communication at work is very important as mentioned above, because communication through teamwork is efficient, also, when there is good communication betweenpeople is achieved automatically create a pleasant working environment and as a result is possible to obtain better working results in various fields. Consequently for thecompany is strong, solid and growing there must be effective communication
