I would like to check the details of my visit toGermany next monday. Please find attached my travel plans. As you can see, I am arriving at 12:00 am hour Germany. Please could you arrange for aperson to meet me at the airport and take me to the hotel before the meeting, Do you think you could send me an agenda for the meeting after Iarrived at the hotel? To check , the diferent points we are going to talk at the meeting and to know more about it because I want to do somechanges. Finally, I would like to go to eat some Germany pastries during my visit there . Could you recomend me a place please?

I am emailing you to give you my report on our digital radios. The purpose of the research was to see what customers thought ofthe changes to our digital radios. We found that 75% of people liked the changes, particularly the new design. However, some people didn’t wantus to change it.

The next step is to include feedback in any final changes. Then, we can start thinking about the advertising campaign.Anyway, I think that the new radios will be ready for market by the end of the year.
