INTRODUCCIÓN 
Para  el  análisis  del comportamiento de amplificadores con transistores y su comportamiento en 
frecuencia,  se  hace  necesario  saber  de  antemano,  los  valores  de  los  parámetros  de  los 
elementos  y  así  poder  realizar  modelos  matemáticos aproximados  para  poder  analizar  su 
comportamiento   y  poder  adaptar  dichos  elementos  y  lograr  un  cierto  cometido  en  un  circuito 
determinado. 
El  presente  informe  de  laboratorio describe  cómo  realizar  un   montaje  para  obtener  los 
parámetros híbridos del transistor NPN 2N3904 y a su vez los resultados de dichas mediciones. 
 
ABSTRACT 
For   the  purpose  of analysis  of  amplifiers  with  transistors  and  their  behavior  on  frequency,  are 
needed  to  previously  known  the  values  of  the  parámeters  of  the  elements  that  are  part  of  the amplifier,  and  then  adapt  to  mathematical  models  who  can  be  analyzed  and  let  us  “see”  the 
behavior of that circuit. 
This  report   describes  how  to  make  a  test  circuit  to  measure the  hybrid  parameters of  the  NPN 
transistor 2N3904, and the analysis of that measures.
