5 huevos
1 lata de leche condensada
Leche
Vainilla al gusto
Un poquito de licor

Ingredientes para el caramelo:
1 taza de azúcar
1/2taza de agua

Preparación del caramelo:
En el recipiente en que colocará el quesillo en baño de maría,
Coloque 1 taza de azúcar y 1/2 taza de agua. Lléveloal fuego
Hasta que comience a espesar y se ponga color caramelo.
Baje la llama y dé vueltas al envase, de manera que el caramelo
Se extienda por todo elfondo y las paredes del recipiente.

Preparación del quesillo:
En la licuadora mezclar la leche condensada, los 5 huevos, la
Vainilla y el licor al gusto.Tome como medida la lata de leche
Condensada, llénela de leche y añádala a la mezcla anterior.
Vierta la mezcla anterior en la lata en la que preparó elcaramelo
Y coloque en baño de maría por 30 minutos.
