Tell me about yourself.
I’m Jesus Humo, I’m studying at UVM Bachelor ofBusiness Administration International Gourmet, I graduated from high school with a technical career in Business Administration. i love music and kitchen.
What do you know about our restaurant?That its a very good restaurant, with excellent service, and excellent personal, its a very nice place where the people like to go and take a drink and an amazing international food
Why do you want towork in our restaurant?
Because It’s a very good restaurant and the food is the most important part of a restaurant, and i think i have the necessary skills to please the most exclusive palates, I’m avery responsible person, and i love kitchen, from very early age i start to kitchen, first eggs, but across the years i learn that the kitchen is an art, a very special and the most difficult art andif you taste a dish made by me, you will feel the love in the food.
why you say that the kitchen it’s an art?
Because the food is not just a set of ingredients, need to have love, need to mix andtaste new things, for example if you angry or sad the dish will be insipid, but on the other hand, if you do it with love, the whole dish will work not only for the palate.
How would you describe yourpersonality?
I’m a very sociable and responsible person, passionate about what i do, i like working in teams and I’m perfectionist.
What motivates you?
Improve day by day what I do and I've workedall my life.

What are your goals?
My goals are clear to provide a quality service and carry out my goals that I intend every day.

Where do you see yourself in 3/5/10 years?
I see myself in 3years providing the best service in the restaurant and the best dishes of the region.

What is your favorite food to eat?
My favorite food is to eat Mexican food that is full of flavor not found...
