Helful Hints Before We Get Started!
1) Don not forget to do a full stretch routine for about 5-10 minutes before beginningyour workout!
2) Concentrate on this program as it has done wonders for so many!
3) Try to take the "Jump Science 2003" capsules the morning of your workout at least an hour before. If you workout inthe PM then still take "Jump Science" in the morning!

Tuesday - 1-2-3 Super Drill (30 min)
Wednesday - Power Skipping (15 min) - Single LegBounding (20 min) -
Thursday - Straight Pike Jump (20 min) - 1-2-3 Super Drill (15 min)
Friday - Standing Long Jump (17 min) - Skipping (15 min)
Saturday - Two Foot Ankle Hop (15) - Splits SquatJump (15 min)
Sunday - Power Skipping (20 min) - 1-2-3 Super Drill (17 min)
SECOND WEEK!
Monday - Straight Pike Jump (10 min) - Skipping (10 min
Tuesday - 1-2-3 Super Drill(10 min
Wednesday - 1-2-3 Super Drill (10 min) - Single Leg Bounding (10 min)
Thursday - Straight Pike Jump (10 min) - Power Skipping (10 min)
Friday - Standing Long Jump (10 min) - Skipping(10 min)
