FTC COMPLIANCE STATEMENT


By signing the following Statement I _____________________________, agree that this company it is in compliance with theF.T.C under the “T.S.R Rule for the debt settlement Industry” due to:

1. I was set up for an appointment for an encounter face to face with arepresentative of the company in order to receive all the information regarding the Debt Settlement Program with at least of 20 minutes presentation or more withno obligation.

2. No payment authorization was required from the company to me in order to set up the appointment.

3. I understand that my creditwill be affected once I sign up into the program.

4. The company did not ask me to stop pay my creditors before signing up for the program nor did not askme to stop the communication with my creditors once I sign up into the program.

5. No guarantee about the savings was given to me; I understand thatthe payments to the creditors and the savings are an estimated based on the experience of previous consumer.

6. I understand that I can be sued by anyof my creditors for non payment once I get into the program, also I understand that if I received any judgment letter I must contact my debt settlementcompany and send over the paperwork so we can work out the best alternatives for me before going to court.

7. I understand and agree about the upfrontfees, since I had a “face to face encounter” and that exemption will be applied in my case an to the company.
