The leadership is the ability for manage a group of persons that can resolve problems, and can get objectives and goals. Every kind ofgroup have a leader that’s mean there are some many different kind of leadership. Started with de authoritarian leader in this case he act like the boss he take the decisions without ask to rest of thegroup only communicate the new rules for the employers; furthermore, the characteristics of this leader are responsible, dominant, aggressive, demanding, and selfish. The next kind of leadership isintermission leader in this the person take the decisions, but he persuade to all the members of the group that he take a good decisions, and the responsibility is for all the group not only for theleader; also, his characteristics are persuasive, clever, sociable, and influential. Finally, the last type is the democratic leader is totally different of the other kinds of leader in his case he don’ttake the decisions the group do it they identify the problems, elaborate the diagnostic, and take the decisions. The leader only act like a guide for the group he is a spectator of the activities.Mentioned the principal kind of leaders exist the question what makes a good leader and how can someone develop? Is naturally or not? According to Tony Schwartz (2010) that the leadership begins inhome with the example of the parents, and he think that is a gift for your sons; however, he said that the technology distract our kids, so kids aren't engaged in learning or any sort of complexthinking, and this situation is harmful for our kids. Maybe that means that we are losing the leader of tomorrow; but in the other hand, in different schools around the world the teachers are working fordevelop the process of leadership to turn the kids to people with the characteristics necessary to achieve it.
