It consists in obtaining information in a systematic way with the objective of tacking right decisions in the commercial field.
The marketresearch is a part of the marketing system of the company.
The market research is also a commercial technique which the principal objectives is to study and plan the elaboration, production anddistribution of an enterprise, in order to reduce at the minimum level the commercial risk and increase the sales as much as they can.

Market Segmentation is the process of dividing the total market ofgoods or services in smaller groups, these are the following:
* Demographic segmentation.- Is the division into groups based on demographic factors such as age, sex, family size, life cycle, incomelevel. Our product is aimed for all people because we focus in the well-being of the consumer.
* Geographical segmentation.- It divides the market in different geographical units such as countries,states, regions and so on. Our product can be used in any region of our country and it won’t have any problem.
* Benefit Segmentation.- The consumers are grouped according to the different factorsthat motivate them to buy the product. The product is aimed to people who want to take care of their skin without any secondary effects

As we can see in the graphic, both female and male population thinks that it is indispensable the personal care. This gives us an idea about how interested the people will befor our product that is made for the improvement of personal care.

Now as we can see 69% of female population says that they daily use beauty products, and the64% of the male population uses these sometimes. These results tell us that women use more frequently beauty products than men.
