Topic Preparing our breakfast
Embedded in what other activities? This session is a part of the healthy week of the school. During this project, all subjectshave to work on healthy habits. In this session the students are going to learn how to prepare a good and healthy breakfast at the same time they are learning English vocabulary.

Learn how to prepare a healthy breakfast and identifyhealthy and non-healthy food at the same time they are learning vocabulary.

Instructional Procedures At the beginning of the session:
The teacher writes the date on the blackboard. Then, she makesstudents remember that they are in the healthy week and also that they will work habits in the English class.
After that, the teacher begins with a warm-up activity. The activity is to use flashcards toreview the vocabulary worked about food that is needed for the next activity. The teacher shows students the flashcards; first of all she/he asks to repeat what she/he says. Then, she /he asksstudents to say aloud the picture in the flashcard (teacher says nothing.)
Main activity
the teacher explains the students that they are going to learn how to prepare a healthy breakfast, and that theyare going to do it through a game.
The teacher divides the board into three parts and he/she writes a title in each part ( cereals, dairy and fruit). Then, he/she asks students to put each foodflashcard in the corresponding group.
Then, asks students to tell him/her the days of the week aloud, and he/she writes them in the blackboard.
