Of all the resources in a project, the teams o groups are the most difficult to manage. If you are motivated, the team may face a daunting task without breaking a sweat or complain. But, when we have problems with motivation, we should timely adjust the course before we sink the boat. The motivation is to show appreciation and give reward to the team orgroup, but we have to beware each incentive works differently for different people. In business it is necessary to have a plan of how to increase motivation, performance and satisfaction for employees. The motivation "is defined as the process account for an Individuals intensity, direction and persistence of effort toward attaining a goal". (Robbins & Judge, 2011). Individuals always areseeking to be recognized for their actions. The behavior will depend or maintained by positive reinforcement, in other words, they cease to perform well when needed positive reinforcement to motivate. So they can get to work in harmony and achieve company goals. Note that when you perform a plan like this is very important to take know the differences in attitudes, emotions, personalities andvalues ​​of individuals in a company. It is important that this plan positively influence the team.
We begin with our self, to motivate others we have to be motivated and noted in all situations. If we show energy and security the team will have confidence. Always share the information you have about the project, the team should embrace the project and know the surrounding circumstances andlimitations, this can also lead the team take steps to make suggestions on ways to improve the project.
