SECTION 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Major Hazard and Response IMMEDIATE HEALTH EFFECTS: Eye Contact:Dust may cause mechanical eye irritation. Contact with hot product will cause burns to the eyes. Skin Contact :Skin contact with hot material may result in severe burns. Ingestion :Contact with hot material may cause thermal burns. If swallowed, no significant adverse health effects are anticipated. If swallowed in large quantities, this material can obstruct the intestine. Inhalation :If thismaterial is heated, fumes may be unpleasant and produce nausea and irritation of the upper respiration tract. Sign and symptoms of exposure: Thermal burns to the eye:may include pain, tearing, reddening, swelling, and impaired vision. Thermal burns to the skin:may include pain or feeling of heat, discoloration, swelling, and blistering. Respiratory irritation:may include coughing and difficultybreathing. ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:This product does not have any components at concentrations above 0.1% which are considered carcinogenic by OSHA, IARC OR NTP, and can be biodegradable material . The Rescue Method of Different Exposure Entry Routes : Inhalation :Move victim to fresh air. If victim is not breathing, immediately begin rescue breathing and 100% Humidified oxygen should be administered by a qualified individual. Get medical attention immediately. Skin contact :If burned by hotmaterial , cool skin 15 minutes by quenching with large amounts of cool water. Do not try to peel the solidified material from skin or use solvents or thinner dissolve it . Seek medical attention immediately. For contact with product at ambient temperature, remove contaminated shoes and clothing. Wipe off excess material. Wash exposed skin with soap and water. Eye contact :If heated materialsplash into eyes, flush eyes immediately with fresh water for 15minutes while holding the eyelids open. Get medical attention immediately. Ingestion :No specific first aid measure are required because this material is not expected to be harmful if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. As a precaution, give the person a glass of water or milk to drink and get medical advice.
