The North Atlantic TreatyOrganization (NATO) is an international alliance of 28 countries of Europe and North America created[1] to ensure the freedom and security of its members using political and military means. The councildebates among several aspects that are considered to be a threat to International peace, always committed with the principle of collective defense[2] which considers that an attack against one or severalmembers is an attack to them all.
