SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SAA) TRAINING OUTLINE
GOAL: Learning how to be organized, manage multiple priorities, be the liaison between clients and sales agents, assist with prospecting and thehandling and nurturing of the clients database.
TRAINING MODULES:
Understanding of the SAA purpose and responsibility in Hacienda.
Day 1. Explain the bigger picture. What is Hacienda all about andhow does the Sales office help meet this goal and how does the SAA fit into the picture.
SAA daily, weekly and monthly tasks or responsabilities.
Day 1. Explain daily tasks and show new SAA whatthe purpose and desire outcome of each is and how it is done, ask for feedback, then let new SAA do it with guidance and give feedback, repeat until SAA can do it on its own. Provide Binder withexamples and templates.
Day 2. Explain weekly and monthly tasks and show new SAA what the purpose and desire outcome of each is and how it is done, then let SAA do it with guidance and give feedback,repeat until SAA can do it on its own. Provide Binder with examples and templates.
Getting organized.
Day 3. Sharing top tips to manage time. The use of Templates and where docs. are orderly stored forfast access. Finding the management system that works best for new SAA.
Communication Skills
Day 4. Learning effective client interaction, on the phone and in person. Understanding of the prospectflow to the Executives, the gathering of information.
Day 5. Practicing the Property Overview with the template.
Use and Nurturing of the database
Day 4. Learn the purpose and handling of the MSPdatabase. Getting familiarized with MSP. Practice looking for clients and entering different kinds of data.

Multiple Priorities
Day 6. Learn about handling pressure. Learn Chain of command insidethe office and in over all Hacienda.
