Receptionist (Salomé): Good morning, Welcome to the Palace Hotel!
Andrés: Good morning,thanks!
Salomé: I’m the receptionist, how may I help you?
Andrés: Mmm, I'd like to make a reservation.
Salomé: Okay, let me check if that date is reserved.
Andrés: Well, Ican wait…
Salomé: Excuse me, for when?
Andrés: November 30th, please.
Salomé: Okay, we have all this suites for that date:
* First: The Deluxe Sight to the hotel, is asimply suite, for 2 adults and without kids. This one doesn’t have sight to the sea.
* Second: The Superior Deluxe, this is a luxury room, for 2 adults and 2 kids. This one has ajacuzzi and a minibar
* Third: The Superior Deluxe Sight to the sea, this is the most luxury suite. Is has a jacuzzi, minibar, living room, 2 rooms for 4 adults and 4 kidsAndrés: Mmm... And what kind of suite do you suggest to me?
Salomé: How many people coming with you?
Andrés: We are my parents, my wife, my son and I. What’s the cheapest?Salomé: Ok, The Superior Deluxe cost $400 dollars for a night and The Superior Deluxe Sight to the sea cost $500 dollars for a night too.
Andrés: Well, I will like to reserve TheSuperior Deluxe Sight to the sea.
Salomé: That’s okay, how many nights will you be staying?
Andrés: 2 nights. How much is it?
Salomé: $1,002 dollars, 2 nights plus tax.
Andrés:Sure, no problem.
Salomé: Can u give me your name?
Andrés: Andrés Lanciato.
Salomé: Mr. Lanciato, how will you be paying? With cash or credit card?
Andrés: Cash, take it.Salomé: Thanks.
Andrés: You’re welcome.
