1.-Do stewards play an important role in the airline profession? When were stewards first employed, and by whom?
Well, they are themembers of the flight service crew, they has been an exciting stimulating and rewarding career. The goal for every airline is always give the best service for the passengers by the stewards.
Pah Am , was one of the largest international airline first hired stewards in 1928.

Means that each other member of the crew has specific clear-cut duties.
4.-What do the members of the crew attend before they board the aircraft?
For the crew, there is a great deal to do prepare for the flight even before they board the aircraft. After arriving at the airport and signing in for work, they meet the other member of the crew and attend a briefing that is held by thecaptain.

The briefing is held by the captain. He advises the crew of the flight plan, weather conditions and other factors.

The pre-flight cheek of the cabins is to see that all necessary equipment is on board and ready to use

Their time is largely occupied with providing the passengers with food and beverage which involves a great deal of work.

Cabin crew assigned to the first- class section serve elaborate cocktails, aperitifs and canapés before the meal, glassware and serves an elegant meal service oftenfrom rolling carts.
The meal for economy-class passenger is much simpler with cocktails and other drinks served before the meal. The meal itself is served an individual tray
