PROJECT: TELLING ABOUT A PERSONAL FUNNY EXPERIENCE.
TITTLE: WHEN I WAS CHAGRA LINDA 2008.

Description: Is the representing Chagra’s of city Mejia. The event Begins with the election of the ChagraLinda. In this year are done different things such as: Parades in the different Cantons, interviews in the TV, magazines news, and Radio, visit the different farms, give the Christmas to thechildren, horse riding for the different cities and participate in others events of the Chagra.
OBJETIVES:
* Participate in the choice of the Chagra Linda.
MAIN OBJETIVES:
* To contribute in thecelebrations of my city.
* To organize different events.
SECUNDARY OBJETIVES:
* Rescue the traditions Mejia Canton.
THEME:
In July the 2008, when I’m 15 years, I participated in choose ofthe Chagra Linda.
The Chagra Guarmi wear the traditional garment such as: a centro, brightly colored blouse, muslin stockings, black heels, petticoat, embroidered shawl, and hat.
I’m very nervousbecause I don’t like participate in this programs. This day I was with my best friend Mayra Carrillo. She accompanied in the different events performers.
In choose of the Chagra Linda begin with aparade in horse by the streets of Machachi, and then we went to the Miguel Angel Coliseum where I was elected Chagra Linda.
Activities carried out:
I and my court of honor made different events suchas: We perform a bullfight to raise money for Christmas.
We made a raffle for the mass of the child because we were the priostes.
We made a marathon for fix the offices.
All the Chagras went horseriding we left to Chaupi during the travel singing, eating, and visit different farms. When my friend dawn the horse to urinate, the horse run for the street, and my friend went behind the horse, andas was drunk he fell off in the river.
We made the traditional dish has potatoes, corn, mellocos, lima beans, cheese and aji stone with the chicha of jora. This food is served in the batea or clay...
