Preface

This text attempt to get close the reader to learn new ways to communicate their ideas, based informality, using previous cultural knowledge to create a brick of communication. This interaction will allow them to use gestures, written and spoken language to work with people from different places, to avoid common mistakes between intercultural people. Those strategies, give them the idea of interpreting. Cultural and educational factors involved in the communicational process that are not understoodat first time. Rather than understanding other’s people speech, these techniques help the reader to create, maintain and give meaning to social relations as a strategy to communicate ideas successfully. Anyway organizational communication is a useful tool that let the reader to gain access to a new linguistic and symbolic world.

This article shows how to work with foreigners and how the language itself can be a powerful tool to get a better network in companies. The author of this article wants to thank under all for the correction, advice and the patience to Michelle MacArthurfrom (Holland –Michigan) Unites States who have been a tutor and a personal friend and who helped, to give a better structure to this article and who showed, the way to place the ideas in this article.
The writer wants to thank hi English teacher in Colombia Paivi Vatheerico from Finland who is the person able to explain to him all those details about Apa format and who gave himthe idea of writing about culture and language. Finally He wants to thank to Lily Ana Moncada who makes this entire project possible, because thanks to her sacrifice she could support economically this article and she encourages the author to finish and do it as well as He can.











Abstract


Organizational communication is characterized by different and successful waysto communicate ideas such as Lateral Communication, Diagonal Communication, those ways to communicate written and verbally, help to create connections between employees and employees, and employees and senior managers, this scheme allow the workers to improve their plans and also reduce conflictive situations in employees. Hierarchy introduces leadership in a company and involves employees in aregulating environment to generate a communication directly between each other. Thus, it creates connections in people from the same team developing values, attitudes and commitments in employees, creating a significant direction to accomplish. Effective leadership balances the problems that a company has, and the solutions that employees can contribute.
Communication network manages theinteraction of people with technologies to coordinate work in groups, this plan can connect employees in the same building or city with employees from others buildings and cities. Finally to conclude, the reader can realize how to interpret that organizational communication is the company’s voice, its reputation integrity and image, all the process involved should be efficient and the speech itselfhas to be successful.
