Introduction to Document Standard




This document is a mandatorydeliverable produced during the Business Requirements Study stage of the project life cycle.

It includes all requirements at a business level – there are no technical details or solutions included at this stage.

This Business Requirement Specification document states the Business Requirements Specifications for the Business Process and provides all the necessary input to the Developmentphase.

The BRS is prepared by the joint / Panalpina Business team, which consists of multi-disciplined business users with detailed knowledge of the functional area. The document will be owned by the PANALPINA Project Manager and must be approved and signed off by and PANALPINA Business Managers.

Once approved, it will be subject to the change control procedures of the project. The PanalpinaProject Manager will be responsible for ensuring that it is amended with authorised changes.
