Resumen
El presente artículo de revisión tiene como finalidad reseñar cómo elconcepto del Estado Social de Derecho ha evolucionado, desde la perspectiva
del neoconstitucionalismo partiendo históricamente desde la Segunda Guerra
Mundial hasta nuestros días, mediante una investigación bibliográfica sobre la
posición ideológica y jurídica de autoridades sobre el tema, encontrándose que
todos los autores son enfáticos en determinar que dependiendo del tipo de Estado que tengaun país, la democracia avanzará pacificando las civilizaciones,
y eso es uno de los acontecimientos más importantes de la posmodernidad,
los liberales consiguieron el derecho a la propiedad para acaparar la riqueza,
pero cedieron ante la intervención del Estado en las políticas económicas, y se
implementó el respeto de los derechos fundamentales de las personas, debido
a la tutela efectiva quees controlada por el máximo órgano constitucional, en
aras de propender por el cumplimiento de los lineamientos constitucionales, y
la democracia participativa, que permita el cumplimiento de los fines esenciales del Estado.

Abstract
The present article of review has as purpose outline as the concept of theSocial State of Law has evolved, from the perspective of the neoconstitutionalism dividing historically from the Second World War to the present day, by
means of a bibliographical research on the ideological and juridical position
of authorities about the topic, thinking that all the authors are emphatic in
determining that depending on the type of condition that has a country, the
democracywill advance appeasing the civilizations, and it is one of the most
important events of the postmodernity, the liberal obtained the right to the property to monopolize the wealth, but they yielded before the intervention of the
condition in the economic policies, and there was implemented the respect of
the fundamental rights of the persons, due to the effective guardianship that is
controlledby the maximum constitutional organ, in order to of tending for the
fulfillment of the constitutional limits, and the participative democracy, which
allows the fulfillment of the essential purposes of the State.
