Ingredientes
1 taza de arroz
aceite
2 tazas de agua
1/2 cebolla
3 jitomates
2 dientes de ajo
Sal
Consomé en polvo
Procedimiento
1. Remojar el arroz en agua caliente unos 15 minutos.
2.Moler la cebolla con el ajo y el jitomate.
3. Freír el arroz en el aceite hasta que tome un color dorado.
4. Escurrir el aceite y añadir la mezcla de jitomate.
5. Seguir friendo un poco.
6.Agregar el agua, la sal y el consomé y dejar cocer a fuego lento hasta que ya no haya líquido.
