This VENDOR manual shall provide you a guide regarding Assurant Property Advantage (APA) work orders, requirements and expectations. The work orders, requirements and expectations outlined in this manual should be followed as a condition ofconducting business with us. Please note that APA reserves the right to make any additions, changes or amendments to this manual at anytime with or without notice. If at anytime you have a specific question or concern regarding the work orders, requirements or expectations please contact us at the number(s) provided.

Conduct
As an independent VENDOR representing APA in the field it isessential that you present and conduct yourself in a professional manner. Your actions should be in the best interest of APA and its clients. If you do come into contact with an individual during the completion of a work order, our expectation is that you present yourself in a professional manner. In addition, please use professional courtesy when communicating with the home office staff.
