1. They haveother benefits to the customer like special offers that print on your store receipt throughout the year and also exclusive offers sent to your inbox so you can be informed from the several discounts thatare available. Another benefit that the extracare program provide to their customers is that when you use more your card the more opportunities you will get to sabe making the customer very happy forthe savings that they can make, this can be a hedonic value and utilitarian.

2. If my competitors launches a new program like mine i would wait on the effects that could make that newstrategy of my competition, if that strategy doesnt have any change if im still better tan my competition i would just make few adjustments to my strategy so i wont lose any customers, but if that newstrategy has some effect on my clients and im seeing that they are going with the competition i would regenerate my strategy make it more personalize being able to know what they need making i ton a oneone basis making them have more rewards, saving and discounts in several ways.
