The Basement
I have invited my friend to my house to play some videogames, and maybe, play some football outside. One by one, my friends arrive to my house. First, we playsome videogames, the reason why they are here. Josh get bored of videogames, and convince the others to play football outside. We start searching my football in my room,nothing, then in the tv room, also nothing. Then suddenly a thought come to me, the scariest place in the world, where no one want to get inside of it, yep, it was the basement. Iremember last time I used my football was 2 weeks ago, and my dad told me that he left it there.
I told my friends to wait for me outside the house, that I maybe get back in3 or 4 minutes. They were ok with my decision, so finally, it was the time to challenge myself, to enter to the basement. But first I must go for a lantern.
I trip down thestairs, slowly and careful, because the stairs are from wood, and they´re old. Finally I´m in the basement. I must turn on my lantern. It smells like humidity, and old stuff.I can see some tools from my dad in the wall, that is full of dust and spider webs. I ask myself where the heck is that football. I aim my lantern to the roof, it color isgray with green spots. I can hear some leaks. I hear a squeak and I aim my lantern to the place I think I have heard it. A rat runs rapidly to a hole in the wall. I desperatelysearch the football, and finally, it appears, in the top of a shelf. I grab it and run to the exit with it. Before I reach the exit, I slip with something sticky, and felldown. I touch it and its soft. I smelled it, and eew, it was rat poop. I get up and get out of that place.
After a great afternoon with my friends, all this effort, worth it.
