Claim Entry Procedure Immediately upon completion of the repair work, enter the Applicable Criteria ID and Repair Operation(s) from one of the following charts. The Applicable Criteria ID is shown in ElsaWeb. Claims will only be paid for vehicles that show this campaign open in ElsaWeb on the day of the repair. To help ensure prompt andproper payment, attach the screen print to the repair order. Campaign Expiration This action is effective through June 29, 2012. Dealers should keep this expiration date in mind and schedule repairs accordingly. Claims with a repair date after July 31, 2012 will not be eligible for payment under this action. Mandatory Video & Assessment Completion To help all dealers prepare for this upcoming action,a video with the details of the Dynamic Ride Control Suspension filling process can be found on the Audi Academy under CRC/Certification. Select and complete course #960204 – Audi Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) Diagnosis and Repair. Please note that ONLY the DRC Filling Chapter and the DRC Assessment require completion. It is required to view this video prior to performing this repair on any vehicle,and, it is mandatory for technicians to complete the campaign video viewing requirements via Certification Resource Center (CRC). If a dealership performs this campaign repair without first having completed this mandatory requirement, the dealership becomes fully responsible for covering all consequential damage/vehicle return/customer satisfaction issues relating to improper repair. In addition,we strongly encourage that only the shop foreman and lead technicians perform this repair until all required personnel have completed the training and are familiar with the details of the repair.
